Warranty and Return Policies for IIWUS Products
Our router warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use and operating conditions for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to all of our routers and extenders. The standard warranty on our routers is three years; however, this may vary depending on the product. Please consult the specific warranty terms when purchasing your IIWUS product.
Warranty Coverage
Coverage for Manufacturing Defects:
Any failure or malfunction caused by defects in materials or the manufacturing process.
Coverage for Malfunctions:
Operational problems that arise during normal use of the product, taking into account the operating instructions provided.
Warranty Exclusions
Physical Damage Exclusion:
The warranty does not cover external or internal physical damage resulting from drops, impacts, mishandling, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to non-recommended environmental conditions.
Normal Wear and Tear Exclusion:
Natural deterioration due to normal use is not covered by this warranty.
Exclusion for Improper Use:
Damage resulting from use of the product in conditions for which it was not designed, including, but not limited to, exposure to excessive humidity, extreme thermal conditions, corrosive agents, connection to incorrect voltages, and physical abuse.
Exclusion for Unauthorized Interventions:
Any repair, modification or maintenance performed by personnel not authorized by our company will void this warranty.
Exclusion for Accessories and Consumables:
The warranty does not extend to accessories and consumables such as batteries, unless otherwise specified.
Warranty and Returns Process
Warranty Period:
The warranty period for routers is three years from the date of purchase. During this period, the company undertakes to repair or replace, at no additional cost to the customer, any equipment that presents malfunctions covered by this warranty.
Returns Protocol:
Stores must offer a 15-day warranty for an immediate exchange if the equipment has connectivity failures. For the exchange to be effective, the establishment must verify the condition of the equipment, verify that the equipment is properly in its box with its cables and everything that the product originally included. Perform a connectivity test. If it does not do so and the exchange is made to the customer, the establishment must move to phase 2, contact technical support directly and there follow the steps to make the warranty effective.
Guarantees for the buyer:
To request a refund under this warranty, the customer must follow the following protocol:
Contacting Technical Support: The customer must contact our company's Technical Support through established channels (phone line, email, online chat) to report the router failure and request assistance.
Troubleshooting and Verification: Technical Support staff will provide the customer with the necessary instructions to diagnose the router's fault. If the fault is determined to be covered under warranty, the next step will be taken.
Return Request: The customer must complete a return request form, providing the following information: o Customer identification data o Equipment purchase data (invoice, etc.) o Detailed description of the fault.
Equipment Reception: The customer must send the defective equipment to our company, or to the establishment or business partner, properly packaged and protected, to the address indicated by the Technical Support staff. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Equipment Evaluation: Once the equipment is received, our technical service will evaluate it to confirm the failure and determine the root cause of the problem.
Repair or Replacement: If the failure is covered by the warranty, the equipment will be repaired or replaced, as appropriate. In the case of replacement, the customer will be provided with a new or reconditioned device of the same model or one with similar characteristics.
Equipment Return: The repaired or replaced router will be sent to the customer at the indicated address at no additional cost.
Liability: The Company undertakes to repair or replace defective routers covered by this warranty. However, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or malfunction of the router, including, but not limited to, loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
