IIWUS Warranty Policy

At IIWUS, the quality and durability of our products are our top priority. All IIWUS products purchased through our official online store, iiwus.com, include a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.


✅ What Does Our Warranty Cover?

We offer a specific warranty period for each product category, starting from the date of purchase:

  • Routers and extenders: 3-year limited warranty
  • Other IIWUS products: 1-year limited warranty

Our warranty is valid internationally. However, if the product is exported outside the country of purchase, the customer is responsible for all shipping and logistics costs to return the product to the original point of sale for inspection or replacement. A valid proof of purchase is required for the warranty to be honored. If a product is defective and within the warranty period, we will replace the unit. If the model is discontinued or out of stock, a similar or higher-value model will be sent.


🚫 What Is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover defects or damage under the following circumstances:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, improper storage, or incorrect installation
  • Products that have been modified, repaired, or altered by personnel not authorized by IIWUS
  • Issues resulting from the use of third-party accessories not approved by IIWUS
  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, resulting from normal wear and tear
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Second-hand products
  • Malfunctions not reported to our support team within the warranty period

No, IIWUS does not offer repair services, but we will replace any defective unit that qualifies under our warranty terms.

How long does the process take?
Our team reviews most claims within 5 business days. Once approved, the replacement product is shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

What if my product was a gift?
If you received the product as a gift and do not have a proof of purchase, you can still contact us. We will use the delivery date as the purchase date to process your warranty.

What if my replacement product fails?


If the replacement fails within the original warranty period, you may submit another claim.
