IIWUS Policy

  • IIWUS Warranty Policy

    This policy is valid exclusively for new IIWUS brand products purchased through our official website or authorized retailers.


    1. Coverage and Terms

    The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use:

    • Headphones: One (1) year limited warranty.


    • Routers and Network Extenders: Three (3) year limited warranty.


    2. Territorial Validity

    • Within the United States: This warranty is valid and managed directly by IIWUS for products purchased and located within the United States.


    • Outside the United States: If you are located outside the U.S., IIWUS will provide remote technical support. However, warranties outside the U.S. must be handled directly with the retailer where the product was purchased, according to the local retailer's policies. 


    3. Replacement and Availability Policy

    If the product is determined to be defective and a warranty replacement is warranted:

    • We will replace it with a device of the same model.


    • If the original model is unavailable or has been discontinued, we will replace it with a similar or higher-end device, depending on availability, always guaranteeing that the customer receives a solution equal to or better than their initial purchase.


    4. Exclusions

    The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

    • Misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, theft, or loss.


    • Unauthorized modifications, connections, or repairs.


    • Immersion in liquids or improper storage.


    • Use of accessories or chargers not approved by IIWUS. 


    • Cosmetic wear and tear from normal use (scratches on plastic surfaces).
